Can I tell you I screamed when I saw that Taylor Swift’s Midnights album aesthetic was drawn from the 1970s. Wood paneling? Avocado carpet and gold lineoleum? YES! Taylor took us back to grandma’s house (or the Brady Bunch house) and I love it!
This warm toned blousy shirt is so pretty. I’m kind of obsessed with this retro floral dress. And everyone needs a flattering 1970s inspired wrap dress.
Don’t forget the shimmery charcoal eyeshadow! Taylor’s Midnights album eyeshadow is Pat McGrath’s “Sterling” and $$$ but get this $10 Pat McGrath dupe before it’s sold out (or I buy it all). If it’s out of stock, you can grab this $10 silvery liquid shadow instead. This $13 metallic eyeshadow palette looks pretty good too!

The black dress is amazing! I found two black Victorian-style dresses that would be perfect. You can also easily reuse them for a witch costume (like my Elphaba from Wicked outfit here)
- This dress is a little more pricey, but with more detail and a fabulous ruffled skirt
- If you need a bargain option, this dress also has the same feel and ruffles on the bodice.
The black lace gloves are a great touch and these are so affordable!

You can buy body jewelry like this and wear it over a leotard that matches your skin tone. Or, there is a version with clear straps. But will the leotard REALLY match your skin tone and will the body jewels fit? Taylor’s are obviously custom made.
I also found a jeweled bodysuit with jewels which is so pretty. But expensive, and it only comes in beige and black. And only in S-M-L.
This long sleeved bodysuit isn’t as blingy, but if offers the overall look, is only $20 with coupon and comes in S-XXL.
This two-piece silver outfit is also around $20 and super cute!
But let’s also talk about the rest of the bling: you can get a gorgeous cuff bracelet that looks a lot like Taylor’s. Here’s another version that’s under $10 and has good reviews.
