- House of Glass is also a locked room (or closed circle) mystery of sorts.

- Overall, a solid suspense novel that kept me guessing!
Jen’s Review of House of Glass
I’m always excited to read a domestic suspense novel that manages to take a new approach. And I was intrigued that the main character in House of Glass is a BIA, or Best Interest Attorney. Stella has been assigned to weigh in on the custody arrangements for Rose, a nine year-old girl whose nanny was mysteriously murdered.
Stella’s assignment is complicated by the fact that only four other people were in the house at the time of the Tina’s tragic death.
Love the high stakes: Stella doesn’t want to give custody to a murderer! In addition, Rose’s case is bringing back difficult memories of her own childhood.
I think a mystery with a limited list of suspects should not be underestimated!
Many authors like to have a LOT of suspects, and that’s great. But I think that having just a handful of suspects really lets you think about each one. And decide, and then change your mind.
The House of Glass is a solid summer beach read. It’s suspenseful and keeps you guessing, but not too dark or disturbing. I’ll save those books for the Spooky Season!
