Here’s a candy cane book stack, complete with a few favorite books.
I’m part Swedish, and have a large collection of these little Scandanavian nisse, many handed down. When my kids were little we used to make little groupings all over the house, but now I just sprinkle a few around.

I’ve seen these be HUGE or small and they are a lot of fun.
For my Christmas Book Tree I used a cake stand, gathered up some red and green books from my shelves, and added a few small holiday trinkets and some “snow.”

First, go around the house and locate many white books as I can.
Then stack them in a snowman shape. I added my own hat (folded inside itself to make it smaller) and a red ribbon scarf. He’s cute, right?
