What Will Happen to You in Season Two of Stranger Things?
Stranger Things is a sci-fi/horror series set in the 1980s in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana. The first season centers around the disappearance of a young boy, Will Byers, amid supernatural events happening in town. Will’s desperate mother Joyce searches for him, becoming convinced that he’s trying to communicate with her through household objects. The local police chief, still recovering from a tragedy of his own, thinks Joyce might be crazy. Then a mysterious young girl suddenly appears, claiming she escaped from the Hawkins National Laboratory. Is she connected to Will’s disappearance? The missing boy’s friends hide her and she helps them in their own search. But can they trust her? There are no answers here … yet. The second season is set a year after the first, and deals with attempts of the characters to return to normal. (Ha ha – not likely…) And the creators have warned that a major character will die in season two..
Highly recommended for fans of The X-Files, Steven Spielberg movies like E. T. or Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and friendship movies like Stand by Me. The show has sci-fi elements, horror elements, friendship, mystery and romance – something for everyone.

I love Stranger Things! And I’m surprised because i’m not usually into sci-fi butt he characters are written so well. And the mystery is just enough to keep you hooked without being totally frustrating.

I was actually late to the game and didn’t watch Stranger Things until April, but it was a entertaining show. It will be interesting to see what they do for this season.
